2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Biota Creative specializes in the creation of 100% custom-made Art Toy figures (MiniYou). Each product is personalized based on customer-provided photos, preferences, and approved designs.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and previews as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color or detail on your device will be exact. Final products may present slight variations due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of the process.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website are final at the time of purchase and apply exclusively to sales made within the United States. Taxes may apply depending on the customer’s location and applicable regulations.
4. SHIPPING
Production and delivery times vary due to the customized nature of our products. Estimated production and shipping time for replacement or corrected items is up to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our MiniYou figures, all sales are final once production has begun.
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that:
- Were approved by the customer prior to production, and
- Arrive in good condition and match the approved design.
5.1 RETURN / CLAIM PROCEDURE
Returns, corrections, or store credit are considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Biota Creative, including:
- Structural or production defects
- Significant differences from the approved design
To initiate a claim, the customer must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Send clear photo or video evidence to info@biotacreative.com
After evaluation, Biota Creative Plants may offer:
- Correction or remake of the figure, or
- Store credit for a future purchase
Refunds are not applicable for customized products.
5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS
The product must be in the condition in which it was received. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Biota Creative will proceed with the appropriate resolution. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, all shipping costs related to the correction or replacement will be covered by Biota Creative.
6. DESIGN APPROVAL
All customers must approve a digital design preview before production begins. Once the design is approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before the design process begins. Once design work has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided by customers will be used solely to process orders and improve the shopping experience, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
